leasing, and development of strip shopping centers, office buildings
and other types of income producing real estate. Company
managed shopping centers are geographically located throughout New Jersey, New York,
Pennsylvania and Tennessee. The gross leasable area (G.L.A.) exceeds one million
square feet. Principals of Vita & Vita have additional real estate ownership in
North and South Carolina, Florida, Maryland, and Virginia having a G.L.A.
in excess of one million square feet. |
