Anthony V. Vita, its President. Andrew S. Vita, Jr. is the
company's Vice President. The Company specializes in the management, leasing, development and acquisition
of strip shopping centers. Company
managed shopping centers are geographically located throughout New Jersey, New York,
Pennsylvania and Tennessee. The gross leasable area (G.L.A.) exceeds one million
square feet. Principals of Vita & Vita have additional shopping mall ownership in
North and South Carolina, Florida, Maryland, and Virginia having a G.L.A.
in excess of one million square feet. |
